Social Media Marketing
With policies constantly evolving under California’s state mandates, our team created numerous social media assets to keep the public updated. These visuals, primarily shared on Instagram and Facebook, provided crucial information about business restrictions, closures, and reopenings, which became a steady stream of weekly content. Beyond updates on open or closed businesses, we developed innovative graphics to reinforce essential health and safety guidelines. Archival Photography
In my role as the Digital Communications Specialist, I also used my photography skills to capture important moments during the pandemic. Our team coordinated and facilitated media events, particularly during the launch of testing and vaccination sites. In December 2020, we marked the arrival of the COVID-19 vaccine at CHOC Children's Hospital in Orange, California. The photographs I captured during this and other key events in 2020 are now preserved as part of Orange County's historical response to the pandemic.
Historical Publication:
Following the opening of the official testing and vaccination sites in Orange County, our team published new editions of the County Connection magazine highlighting all the accomplishments.
